1.Lesser hair wash

Do not  expose your hair to the chemicals of shampoos on a daily basis. It is better to wash them twice week.

2.No regular trimming

Trimming is required to cut off the loose ends and split which do not permit your hair to absorb nutrients. But if  hair is healthy and there are no rough edges then there is really no need to go for trimming.

3.Brush daily

Brushing your hair daily makes hairs more healthier by promoting blood circulation in the scalp.

Note : But never comb while your hair are wet ; hair is more prone to breakage.

4.Eat right

Not only expensive products but also hair scalp to become extremely good need changes in your food habit too. Nutrients and vitamins are so required for hair growth too.

5. Supplements

Spinach I know is the great source of iron but wholly we cant depend on it. Similarly you must try and take Vitamin B, Biotin, Omega-3 and Viviscal supplements for the strength of your hair.

6.Coconut oil treatment

Apply conditioner only along the length of the hair not to your scalp.

9.Natural drying is best

Blow-dry exposes hair to unnecessary heat and makes it more dry. Always let them dry up with natural air.

10.Avoid bleaching and coloring

By doing bleaching and colouring we expose our hair to harsh chemicals which will harm our hair in the long run. Avoid it as much as you can.
